RETURN POLICY

 

Terms of Payment. The method of payment is with credit card and/or check. 50% of the purchase price and shipping cost is payable at the time of placing the order and prior to sending any unit to production, and the remaining 50% balance is due on completion of the fabrication up to 4.5 months from the order date, and prior to shipping or installation.

Custom Item Cancellation & Return Policy

All custom items are made to order and begin production shortly after an order is placed. Due to the personalized nature of these items, custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun.

**If a cancellation request is approved , we reserve the right to retain 25% of the total order value to cover materials, labor, and processing costs. The remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.

Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges, except in cases where the item arrives damaged or defective. Any issues must be reported within [4] days of delivery.

By placing an order for a custom item, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 

Due to the nature of the CUSTOM item, Custom Iron Door Pros reserves the right to refuse any return or cancellation on ANY CUSTOM ITEM. This return policy is in effect from the moment the item is manufactured. 

Return Policy for Custom Items

We take great care in creating custom products tailored to your specifications. Due to the personalized nature of these items, our return and refund policy is as follows:

  1. Eligibility for Return
    Custom items may only be returned if they arrive damaged, defective, or if there was an error on our part in the customization.

  2. Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please contact us within [insert number] days of receiving your order with a detailed description of the issue and supporting photos if applicable.

    • If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and a return authorization number (RMA).

  3. Refund Conditions

    • Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

    • The item must be returned in its original condition.

    • Once the return is processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  4. Non-Returnable Items

    • We do not accept returns for custom items due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or errors in information provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

  5. Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
