We are unable to accept returns on custom orders as these items are personalized specifically for you.
If you received a non-custom product and wish to make a return, please do so within 14 days of product delivery and before installation. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a return. If the packaging is damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service team before initiating a return. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.
Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. If the payment was made by credit card, a 2.5% processing fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For exchanges, the original product must be shipped back to us before we can initiate the exchange process.
