Welcome to our Return Policy & Refund Guidelines page. At Custom Door Pros, we want to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to review our policies below to familiarize yourself with our return and refund procedures.


We are unable to accept returns on custom orders as these items are personalized specifically for you.

If you received a non-custom product and wish to make a return, please do so within 14 days of product delivery and before installation. The product must be in its original packaging and in unused condition to be eligible for a return. If the packaging is damaged or unusable, please contact our customer service team before initiating a return. Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable.

Please be aware that a 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. If the payment was made by credit card, a 2.5% processing fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For exchanges, the original product must be shipped back to us before we can initiate the exchange process. If you have any questions or need further assistance regarding returns or exchanges, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team.

At Custom Door Pros, we want your order to arrive in perfect condition. However, we assume no responsibility or liability for any damage or personal injury that may occur during the delivery process. We kindly ask you to inspect your item as soon as you receive it. If you notice any damages, please notify us within 5 business days so that we can assist you in filing a claim to get it repaired or replaced.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for any replacement items.
