REFUND POLICY
WAIVER & RELEASE FORM
SECTION 1: LEAD TIME FOR ORDERS
Orders may take up to 6 months from the date of purchase to fulfill. Lead times are estimates and may vary based on production schedules and logistics.
SECTION 2: CUSTOM ORDER PAYMENT TERMS
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion and must be paid prior to shipping or delivery.
Production begins only after the customer has approved all final drawings, specifications, and order details in writing.
SECTION 3: REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Because all custom doors are made specifically to the customer's approved specifications, refunds are only available under the following conditions:
The order has not yet entered production.
If cancellation is approved before production begins, the deposit may be refunded minus a 25% administrative and materials allocation fee.
The product is determined to be defective or incorrect due to an error on our part.
In these cases, we will repair, replace, or refund the item after inspection.
SECTION 4: NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS
Refunds are not available for:
Custom items once production has begun
Buyer's remorse
Incorrect measurements or information provided by the customer
Damage occurring after delivery
Issues not reported within the required timeframe
SECTION 5: REFUND PROCESS
All refund requests must be submitted in writing.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection and confirmation.
SECTION 6: GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
This refund policy and any disputes arising from or related to your purchase shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this policy, your order, or any dispute between the parties must be instituted exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California. By agreeing to this policy, you irrevocably consent and submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to such jurisdiction or venue, including but not limited to claims of inconvenient forum.

By signing below, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the refund policy outlined above. I understand that custom orders are non-refundable once production has begun, and that a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate my order. I waive any claims not consistent with this policy.
