WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Refund policy
Returns eligible within 14 days of product delivery and PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
Product must be packaged in original condition to be eligible for a return. If package is unusable, please contact us before a return.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns.
If paid by credit card, a 2.5% processing fee will be charged for all returns.
CUSTOM ORDERS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
Refunds will be issued under the same payment method used for the original purchase.
For exchanges, products must be shipped to us before we exchange a product.

Shipping Disclaimers: Custom Door Pros. assumes no responsibility or liability for damage(s) to the product and/or personal injury to an individual or any other issue that may arise from the delivery process.
Please inspect your item as soon as you receive it. Please notify us of any damages within 5 business days so that we can file a claim on your behalf to get it repaired or replaced.
*We do not cover shipping costs on any replacement items.
